Do your students anxiously ask you when the next career exploration day is? Mine do! They can't wait to explore more careers in my classroom! Here are resources you can use to turn your next career exploration day into a huge success!
Each career day I split my class into 6 groups. Each group moves through the stations for the day together learning about a specific career at each station and completing an activity that relates to that career. At the end they reflect about what careers they liked and whether any of them would be a possible career path for them.
Each group has a mobile device that they use to find out about each career and directions for their activity. This is a sample of the instructions they start with.

There are a couple of great websites that talk about job descriptions, salaries, education, and job satisfaction.
All documents are linked to a Google Docs file that is read only. If you click on file then make a copy, a copy of the file will save to your Google Drive that you can edit.
